Qazi Masters are employment centers for skilled but jobless Kenyan youth. We create jobs by providing platforms through which skilled youth can be self-reliant. It is the first and only platform of its kind in Kenya today.
Ours is a revolutionary job creation model that creates direct employment opportunities to over 500 people per job center. We aspire to reduce the high rate of unemployment in Kenya by creating over 250,000 jobs for the youth in the next five years.
This will be attained by setting up at least 5 Employment Centers per County in all the 47 Counties in Kenya.
Unemployment and joblessness index in Kenya today is at its highest since independence. It is a crisis that affects majority of Kenyan households in 2024.
Qazi Masters will create employment centers across the country. Each center will have 500 skilled youths and be fully equipped with 10 departments each having 50 members.
The Jua-Kali Sector in Kenya has survived with minimum capital input and most enterprises in this sector are micro-managed unprofessionally, yet it is generally thriving across board. Qazi Masters Centers will be the first professionally run large scale jua-kali centers in Kenya. Our main aim is to kick out unemployment in large scale by a single stroke.
Any Kenyan youth aged 18-35 years with practical skills and professional qualification in our relevant areas of interest is free to join Qazi Masters. He or she must be resident in Kenya at the time of joining. Our special interest is in those with training in the following technical areas: ICT, Carpentry, Mechanics, Tailoring and Fashion Design, Catering, Beauty Therapy, Welding, Videography and Photography, Craftsmanship, etc
